The Way you Change Things
Below I have a video that was recorded at a lecture from Dr. Wayne W. Dyer. In this video Wayne Dyer points out how we often try to solve problems. Instead of focus where the problem really is, we watch at the so called symptoms of the problems like people around us, the economy, the spouse, the children or whatever we blame for our problem or circumstance we are in.
Look from a Different Angle
When you realized a problem you have, then think about what is the real cause of the problem. For example: You have troubles in your marriage. You think your spouse behaves not in the way you think is the right way, so you blame your spouse and you say: I feel miserable because you behave yourself in a way that isn’t appropriate. Now think about, what reaction do you expect from the other person when you say such things? Usually the other person gets more angry and thing starts to get worse.
One solution is: Think about, what can I do that the other person (or my spouse or who ever) feels better? Or what was the real reason for this situation and what can I or we different to feel better and have a brighter day?
There are many other possible solution to solve problems but when you only focus on the problem, then it’s not easy to find a solution. Think outside the box.

Have a brighter day!
