Do you have a bucket list with all the things you want to do in your life? When not, why?
The first time I heard about bucket list was when I read “One Minute Millionaire” from Mark Victor Hansen and Robert G. Allen and get familiar with the things Mark Victor Hansen is teaching his students.
During the last days, we talked in our Six Figure Mentors community about bucket list and we committed to creating a new list to gain momentum in the new year. At the same time, I saw a short extract from the Movie “The Bucket List” with Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman. What a funny coincidence.
Why Should I Create A Bucket List
Many people when they get older they think back on what they have done in life and what they missed. When you have a bucket list then it's more likely that you do and achieves all these things you really want in life. It gives you more clarity about what you really want from life.
Not only gain clarity, the other thing is, with writing it down gives your subconscious mind direction on where to go in life. The best thing is to write it by hand. This has more power to burn into your mind.
What Do I Put On My Bucket List
The best thing is to take some time and go to a relaxing and inspiring place. This can be in your home or maybe you go to a very special place you love to be to write your bucket list.
Then start with writing. List all the big stuff and the little stuff you can think about. These can be places to visit, contributions you want to make, things you want to do, career and health goals. Just write all the things down you really want to do and achieve in your life. Do not limit yourself. It doesn't matter if you can afford it or not.
When you have finished your list, set it aside for some days and then go again through the list and add things that come into your mind. Keep this list in a safe place. From time to time have look at your list and cross over the things you have now done and at the same time, you can add additional things you want to do.
As I mentioned above, the best thing is to write it down by hand. Of course, you can write it down also on your computer or there are some Apps out there where you can create your bucket list.
